Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a 30-day refund policy specifically for our water chillers. You have a full month from the date of delivery to decide if your purchase meets your expectations.

How to Initiate a Return:
To start the return process, simply reach out to us at support@standsol.com. We will guide you through the return procedure and provide you with the appropriate return address.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Your water chiller must be in like-new condition—unused, undamaged, and free from scratches or dents.
  • Please ensure all original packaging and accessories are included when returning the item.
  • We recommend cleaning the unit before sending it back to us.
Return Shipping:
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. We also charge a 20% restocking fee for returned water chillers.

Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 2-3 business days to post the refund.

Damaged Items:
Inspect your water chiller upon arrival. If you notice any defects or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address the issue promptly. We are not liable for damages caused during shipping, but if the unit is functional despite minor cosmetic issues, we may offer a partial refund of 5% for any aesthetic damage.

Non-returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
  • Digital products
  • Custom orders
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please reach out for clarification.

Exchanges:If you wish to exchange your water chiller for a different model, we recommend returning the original item first and placing a new order once your return is processed.

Cancellations:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations will incur a 5% fee due to transaction costs incurred by our payment processor. After 24 hours, cancellations can no longer be processed.By placing an order on our website, you agree to comply with these policies. All terms are available for review at checkout. If you encounter any issues, please contact us directly rather than initiating a chargeback.
